Marin County has a long history of bottled elixirs from 1800’s soda bottling plants to 19th century beer production and the dairy industry. Unbottled featured bottles from the extensive collection at the Marin History Museum. The exhibition design used back lighting and large refrigerator style display cases to contain and accentuate the glass bottles. Promotional and exhibition graphics drew influence from the bottle’s branding and labeling.
